Walking Between Worlds
What is this place? That of which exists but we cannot see?
You could label it as the unknown, perhaps. It is, in a sense, an unknown reality to most. There are very few who have caught a glimpse of it. Very few who have lifted themselves into the sublime celestial realms. Yes, one of them is heaven. Lani. Paraíso. Coelum. The ultimate unseen, the greatest of the unknowns, the imperceptible kingdom of God and His Angels, the creator and his children, sustained by faith, belief, and religion. The promised land of pure light, paradise. A second remarkable iteration of the unseen universe is the “earthly spiritual realm,” parallel to our own, riddled with celestial beings and spirits…both benevolent and malicious. This invisible world is accessible to all, but rarely attained by many. In order to truly experience this “other side” as a human, you must be fully spiritually conscious.
Our existence itself is baffling, but many crave to go beyond.
On earth, the mind, body, and soul should remain as one, or learn, along the way, how to unify. Interestingly enough, there exists a separation between the spiritual conscious of a human and their normal conscious stream of thought. This would be the “earthly self (mind/body)” and the “higher self (spirit/soul)” or the “ego (mind/body)” and the “soul (spirit).” In acknowledging and mastering the separation of body/mind and spirit/soul, exists the ability to walk between the worlds.
But…why? This question has riddled my mind for quite some time..what is the ultimate reason for the masses accessing the unseen? If it is for personal gain or proof, I believe they’re missing the point. Therefore, too many people are dancing in realms where they have no business, and that’s dangerous. (see: the masquerade).
A lot of people want to know, and that’s okay. it’s the human condition. Much like anything though, be prepared for what the journey will bring, as like I said, there is both good and bad that exists as one.
As someone whose been there and back, I think it’s enough to simply believe, trust that it’s there, and that anything you do in this life follows you to another. It is enough to believe that there is a God. That there is good. That we have angels watching, protecting, and guiding us. That the universe responds to us. That there are spirits that roam around us (yes both good and bad). That our prayers are always heard and our actions are always seen.
It is enough to simply believe. For now, do unto others as you would want them to do to you. Be kind. Pray. Love. Hope. Let your mind, body, and soul remain as one in this lifetime. And trust that what’s waiting for you after this life, is magnificent, good, and full of light.(unless you come back….but that’s a topic for another time.)
